The interior has a stylish atmosphere that doesn't resemble a typical monjayaki restaurant, making it comfortable to be in. There are various flavor options such as sauce, salt, soy sauce, cream, and tomato, which makes choosing fun. The cream-based monjayaki has a unique richness that you can only find here, and the combination of small shrimp and pesto is outstanding. The beef tendon and green onion monjayaki spreads the deliciousness of the simmered ingredients, and it's surprising to find daikon and carrots included. The seafood monjayaki pairs well with dashi soy sauce and salt dashi, allowing you to enjoy scallops, squid, and impressive shrimp. There are also beef steaks and okonomiyaki grilled on the iron plate, and it's nice that the staff cooks them for you.
