You can see the cooking process right in front of you, which is exciting from the start. There is a salad bar where you can pile on as much as you like, and the dressings are fragrant and delicious. The grilled sea bream, when tasted with just salt, brings out its umami, making the appetizers and fish dishes much more refined. The lean Kobe beef steak spreads its umami pleasantly in your mouth and pairs perfectly with the rice cooked in a clay pot. The meat sushi has a melting texture, and when topped with salmon roe, the combination of flavors is delightful. The finishing touch of sea bream ochazuke is rich in dashi, and the timing of the dishes being served is impeccable, allowing for a pleasant experience.
