The hidden gem near Ogikubo Station has a softly lit interior that is very relaxing. Thanks to the all-you-can-drink system that allows you to order via smartphone, it's delightful to be able to try different types of sake little by little. The green onion and heart skewers grilled over charcoal have a crispy skin and juicy inside, releasing a wonderful aroma with every bite. The chawanmushi with fresh seaweed and caciocavallo combines the scent of the sea with the richness of cheese, resulting in an unexpectedly delicious dish. The carefully prepared dishes, from the moist two-night-dried chicken breast to the sweet tomato appetizer, offer surprises with each course. Even after enjoying the chicken soba as a finale, you feel full but not heavy, making it a place you want to recommend to friends.
