A standing bar where you can relax late at night

Owarai is a cozy standing izakaya that you can easily visit even after the last train. The drinks and small dishes available in the 'senbero' set are perfect for soothing late-night fatigue. The interior is casual and comfortable, making it a great place to stop by alone for a sense of belonging.

I like the casual atmosphere of standing bars. There are tables made from cases and counters along the wall, making it easy to enjoy a quick drink. A set comes with a drink and a small dish, which is just right for a little drinking. The offal stew, salmon, fried horse mackerel, and minced meat cutlet are all delicious, and the water dumplings have a chewy skin that pairs perfectly with the homemade spicy oil. A quick splash of vinegar on the 'oni-yakko' (tofu with toppings) is refreshing, and you can enjoy both white and black Hoppy. The staff is attentive, providing baskets for your belongings and remembering your preferences, and they also serve ramen properly for the fans, which is wonderful.
