The soba is slightly thin with distinct edges, providing a smooth texture and a pleasant elasticity. A set that allows you to enjoy three types of dipping sauces is convenient, clearly showcasing the differences in flavor with the basic sauce, grated daikon juice, and warm chicken broth. The broth, with a gentle aroma of yuzu, is also pleasant, allowing you to relax and feel satisfied in this quiet space.
