Three types of dipping sauce, served hot, made with the finest domestic 100% buckwheat flour
Seasonal tempura, simmered dishes, grated yam, etc. served with a mori plate. A great value soba with warm broth as a base.
Buckwheat flour gold flakes, board soba with tuna, soba dumplings, etc. served with a plate of soba and warm soba broth as a base.
(With tororo, kinbura, fried simmered mountain vegetables, etc.) Spring limited! Recommended to be served on top of soba.
Jinba soba 100% pull-out served with three types and either 'duck soup pot' or 'mushroom pot' added, making four types to pull out from the pot (it's fun even if simmered a little).
