The music mainly features Western songs from the 70s to the 90s, and it's fun to request your favorite tracks. The Shanghai braised pork curry has a dark roux with a hint of star anise, giving it a pleasant Chinese nuance. The large braised pork is so tender that it can be easily pulled apart with a spoon, making you smile with every bite. It pairs well with rice, and it's great that you can choose the portion size.
