We can do it because our affiliated restaurant is an oyster bar! All-you-can-eat fresh raw and steamed oysters! We have a variety of sauces that go well with various oysters, so please try different sauces. This is a cosy course to enjoy raw oysters and steamed oysters. We recommend a serving of three fresh oysters. We have a special sauce that pairs well with the oysters, so feel free to use it as you like.
