This is a restaurant where you can enjoy various chicken dishes, and the tataki and charcoal-grilled chicken left a particularly strong impression. The ramen we had at the end was of specialty shop level, with a beautifully clear broth. The umami of the sea bream was nicely layered with the richness of the chicken, and the saltiness was mild and easy to drink. The extremely thin straight noodles with high water content slid smoothly down the throat and paired well with the broth. The ingredients, such as chicken chashu, rare chashu, and menma, were also carefully prepared, and it was fun to change the flavors with the condiments. The aroma of the soy sauce was interesting, and I enjoyed even the takana rice ball.
