This dish takes the most time and effort in our restaurant, requiring 7 hours from preparation to serving.
The ramen in the picture is sweet shrimp chicken white soup ramen. It changes to the next ramen style as soon as the soup runs out.
You can choose from our original two types seasoned with homemade salt and ponzu, and mixed with aromatic oil.
Our specialty is a tartar sauce made with homemade mayonnaise, combined with a sauce that includes the umami of kombu and dried shiitake mushrooms, along with the umami of vegetables.
