Thank you for choosing our restaurant among many Italian options. In Italy, course meals are typically only available at grand maison-class establishments or tourist trattorias. Keeping that in mind, we offer a menu that is exclusively à la carte. We provide the unmistakable taste of Italy, using seasonal menus and plenty of organic vegetables produced by friends. Additionally, please enjoy Trieste dishes such as gnocchi and bread made from my wife's grandmother's and mama's recipes. The chef has many skills, but without showcasing his ego, he pursues 100% authentic Italian flavors, providing genuine Italian cuisine that would not embarrass Italians. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have, and feel free to express your cravings or preferred cooking methods based on your mood that day.
