This black tea is made to suit Japan's soft water, using Sri Lankan Dimbula tea from a tea shop called amsu tea in Higashi Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka. From the many wonderful black teas at amsu tea, we have selected Dimbula, which goes perfectly with our Italian cuisine.
