Specialty. First, when you visit our restaurant, we start with a complimentary dashi.
A special menu item from Waku featuring chicken, carefully prepared dashi made with kombu and bonito flakes, grilled mochi, three leaves, yuzu, and grilled seaweed. A gentle bowl that is easy on the body to finish with.
We serve fresh sashimi that changes daily, paired with the recommended sake by the owner.
The skin is grilled to a crisp and flavored with herbs, using broth as a secret ingredient.
Our original menu item, a tartare that goes well with anything based on eggs, pairs perfectly with herb sautéed chicken or Waku's special spring rolls. Of course, it can be enjoyed on its own as well.
We offer seven to ten varieties at any time. Obanzai single item... each 330 yen. Obanzai three types... each 880 yen. Obanzai five types... each 1,320 yen.
