Wild Mountain Honey [Soyogo]
A strong and rich flavor. Begins to bloom gradually from the end of May. The flowers of the wintergreen (Soyogo), which bears red fruits in winter, are characterized by their small white petals. In Gifu Prefecture, the Tōno region has many areas where Soyogo grows naturally, making it one of the main honeys produced by Hori Beekeeping Farm. The taste is rich and wild, reminiscent of fresh greenery. It is also used in Hori Beekeeping Farm's mead.
