When you request the chef's choice, dishes such as appetizers, grilled items, tempura, and meat are served in a rhythmic manner. The sashimi, including tuna, ark shell, and flatfish, is fresh and has a strong umami flavor. The clam soup and simmered daikon are also prepared with care, offering a comforting taste. The grilled Spanish mackerel with Saikyo miso, grilled bamboo shoots, and tempura of sea bream's milt each provide delightful aromas and textures. The warm hospitality is pleasant, making it a wonderful place to slowly enjoy Japanese cuisine.
