The young woman who initially assisted me and the muscular man who helped me after I was seated both provided excellent service. They changed the net without a hint of displeasure and did so with a smile! What I found a bit concerning was that I wished they had listened more to my opinions regarding the explanation of the meat and how to eat it. Since it was my first visit to the restaurant, I talked about my likes and dislikes, and I would have appreciated suggestions for recommended meats and ways to enjoy them.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious grilled meat and offal. It's a source of pride for the locals. The reasonable bill certainly makes it difficult to get a reservation. I will visit again.
