Our restaurant’s signature original dish, “The Original Ultimate Kombu Broth Shabu-Shabu”—a dish no one has ever tasted before! With just one bite, the rich umami and aroma of kombu will fill your mouth. Made with a luxurious blend of five types of kombu, this next-generation shabu-shabu offers an astonishingly thick, viscous broth packed with concentrated umami! Of course, just like with our Lettuce Shabu, we serve only 100% domestically produced, chilled (not frozen) pork.
Our proud original menu item 'Original Supreme Kombu Water Shabu Shabu' that no one has tasted yet! Once you take a bite, the umami and aroma of kombu will spread throughout your mouth. Using five types of kombu lavishly, it becomes a new evolution of shabu shabu with astonishing stickiness and concentrated umami! Of course, we only provide pure domestic chilled (non-frozen) pork, just like our lettuce shabu.
Pork - We only source pure domestic pork, delivered fresh daily from Maihama. Compared to imported options, it has no unpleasant odor, allowing you to enjoy its distinct sweetness and refined taste and aroma. Lettuce - We carefully select from regions that are suitable for the season. Thanks to partnerships with numerous farmers, you can experience exceptionally fresh and crisp texture.
