This is a great value course that includes all-you-can-drink and two types of seared dishes.
This course includes our specialty Miyazaki Jidori chicken served tataki, deep-fried, or char-grilled. The Jidori chicken tataki is a raw dish, so if you are not fond of it, we will make a special arrangement for you.
The roots of Miyazaki Jidori, known as the highest brand of local chicken, lie in the indigenous breed of Jidori that has been raised in the area around Mount Kirishima for a long time (designated as a national natural monument in 1943). Due to its exceptional taste, it was said to be offered to the local lord, and over time it came to be called Jidori. However, the slow-growing Jidori, which takes more than twice the usual time to raise, is said to be unsuitable for meat production, and its lineage has been carefully preserved among enthusiasts, making it a near-mythical chicken. Please enjoy the satisfying flavor that comes from the time and effort put into raising these chickens.
Please order sashimi at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any health issues reported later.
