I enjoyed delicious meat in a calm semi-private space. It is recommended for special celebrations. For lunch, I was able to try various cuts!

The food is as delicious as ever. In particular, I recommend the grilled mackerel, beef cheek stewed in red wine, seafood marinated in nanbanzuke, chicken and egg soup, draft beer, and sake. We also enjoyed fresh tuna. I wish there was a similar cosy restaurant in my neighborhood.

We ordered the Marure lunch for 2,000 yen. I was very satisfied with the amount of food: bonito tataki, tempura, sashimi, hamburger steak, fried oysters, salad, miso soup, and rice, all of which were very tasty and more than I could eat.

I visited during a trip to Shiga and had a meal at the counter seats. I had a 7000 yen course. The dishes were fresh and delicate, and all of them were very delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also nice, and it was a good place that reflected the personality of the owner. Both my wife and I were very satisfied, and it became a great memory of our trip. I would like to eat here again when I come to Shiga.

L'atmosfera è simile a quella di un rifugio, ed è emozionante che sia così vicino alla stazione ma nascosto in un vicolo. L'interno del ristorante è vivace e si capisce subito il motivo della sua popolarità. Si possono assaporare vari tipi di carne in piccole porzioni, ed è divertente notare le differenze di consistenza tra i vari tagli. In particolare, il Zabuton di manzo Omi e il Calbi HAJIME hanno una dolcezza di grasso perfetta, che accompagna bene il riso. Ci sono anche Hara-mi marinati in vaso, organi interni e tsukune con lingua di manzo, il che rende il pasto interessante fino alla fine. Il kimchi misto, il cavolo con alga salata e anche i noodles freddi dopo il pasto sono ben bilanciati, e l'accoglienza calorosa del personale è stata molto piacevole.
