You can see the greenery along the river through the large windows, and the interior is very bright. The white wooden counter is neat and comfortable. The slightly smaller and firmer sushi rice pairs perfectly with the toppings. The sea urchin, kohada, sayori, and anago left a strong impression, and the seasoning was just right. The miso soup made with yellow garlic chives from Okayama, as well as the dishes like seaweed and lightly pickled vegetables, were carefully prepared and enjoyable. The staff's response was gentle, allowing me to relax and slowly enjoy various flavors.
