The ticket-style system makes it easy to understand the flow. The salad bar using local vegetables is fresh, and there are also cooked items, which is enjoyable. The potato salad had a homemade feel that I liked. The vegetable-rich curry was topped with a lot of vegetables, and the sauce had a gentle flavor with a hint of acidity. The thin udon noodles blended well with the ingredients, and although they were soft, they had a nice firmness. It feels pleasant to look out at Lake Tega from the window, and outside, you can also enjoy refreshing strawberry snow ice.
