The entrance's tank catches my eye, raising my expectations for freshness. There are tatami rooms and a counter, and the interior is lively and comfortable. When I order the sushi named after the restaurant, I'm pleased to receive chawanmushi and red miso soup as well. The slices are large, the rice is firm, and it provides a sense of satisfaction. In particular, the sea urchin is sweet and creamy, bringing a smile to my face. The assortment of nigiri and rolls is served quickly, allowing me to enjoy deliciousness until the end.
