This course focuses on sea urchin shabu shabu nabe, in which vegetables and seafood are shabu shabu in a luxurious golden broth made with sea urchin. Finish with Zosui (rice porridge) with seafood broth and thick sea urchin soup. Please use this course for various corporate banquets, drinking parties with friends, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
