Dorobuta" is a kind of "Dorobuta" that has been raised freely in the magnificent land of Tokachi, Hokkaido. LeBateau buys half a Dorobuta and serves it with handmade charcuterie and grilled dishes. This course allows you to fully enjoy the taste of Dorobuta.
Yamagata beef is a Japanese black beef that meets certain standards in Yamagata Prefecture. Among them, we have prepared A5-rank fillet meat. Compared to other parts of the beef, A5 grade filet has a gentler fat and is less sticky, so you can enjoy the carefully grilled Yamagata beef filet.
This is a great value lunch course that allows you to enjoy main dishes such as Hokkaido Tokachi Dorobuta and vegetables directly from Akimoto Farm in Yokosuka Nagai!
We purchase a whole half of Tokachi-produced Doro pork and use the belly meat for smoking and aging.
