This vegetable curry is made with spicy curry from Rutsuboya in Sumoto City and simply topped with vegetables grown on our own farm. The curry is beef-based and has a rich yet elegant flavor. The current topping is shishito "green beryl," a vegetable with an impact as strong as the curry.
