This course includes all-you-can-drink for 120 minutes. (Last order 30 minutes before) ↓Explanation of dishes 5 appetizers. Seasonal vegetable salad has 4 or 5 kinds of vegetables and homemade dressing. Fresh liver is grilled rare, freshly pulled in the morning, and only the surface is slowly seared over charcoal. The fried Tajima chicken tulip is simply prepared with the best of the ingredients. Our skewers are made from fresh chicken that is purchased daily and grilled by a single chef from preparation to finishing. Jidori chicken rice porridge is made with chicken and vegetable broth cooked slowly for 10 hours in a clay pot with Japanese Koshihikari rice.
