The large skewers feature melt-in-your-mouth chicken gizzards and fluffy, flavorful neck meat, with each dish being exceptional. The atmosphere was great, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. There was a wide variety of yakitori, and it was fun to choose, especially with options like skewers wrapped in vegetables and meat. The tsukune was particularly impressive and very delicious. The chicken breast paired with shiso, quail skewers, and ginkgo nuts also had a wonderful aroma that complemented the drinks. Having a small dish of plum and cucumber in between was refreshing. The grilled dishes were also a highlight, and the fried shrimp and liver were satisfying in flavor.
