In an old building that used to be a place of learning, the vintage furniture remains as it is, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Inaniwa udon is thin and has a smooth texture that goes down easily, with a refined finish. The broth made from flying fish dashi is aromatic, and the umami spreads in your mouth with just one bite, bringing happiness. The parent chicken (Hinai chicken) releases more flavor the more you chew, and it pairs perfectly with the broth. Both hot and cold options are available, allowing you to enjoy it based on your mood for the day. There are also takeout options for udon and dashi, and the toppings like sweetfish tempura are enticing.
