This junmai ginjo has a high freshness, pleasant umami, and a nice crispness, making it very well balanced! It is a rare unfiltered nama sake among the mostly pasteurized products of Yamawa!

The fruity aroma that spreads elegantly from the moment it is poured into the glass is impressive. The soft texture quickly expands into a refined and juicy sweetness reminiscent of European pears. From there, a rich umami and a light, pleasant acidity, along with a refreshing flavor, create a perfect accent, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing yet deeply flavorful taste.

This is a lightly cloudy sake made using sakura flower yeast and locally sourced Gohyakumangoku rice from Ibaraki Prefecture. It has a gentle mouthfeel, with the umami of the rice and a mild sweetness.
