This is Kagura's recommended course, focusing on local cuisine and local ingredients. If you contact us at least 2 days in advance, we can prepare a local course of 4,000 yen or more, so please contact us if you need one.
This Japanese course features sukiyaki of Akita beef (A5 marbled shoulder loin) as the main dish. In addition to sukiyaki, you can enjoy sophisticated and seasonal Japanese cuisine.
A representative course of Kagura. This course consists of 6 items: appetizer, sashimi, kiritanpo hot pot, seasonal grilled dish, flying fish tempura, and Inaniwa udon, allowing you to fully experience Akita in autumn. Please try it once.
This is an omakase course. At Kagura, which has a wide variety of local sake, we carefully select seasonal ingredients that go well with sake and offer them for your enjoyment. Customers from both inside and outside the prefecture can enjoy a wide range of dishes.
