It is a shop located within the hotel, with a quiet atmosphere. The interior is calm and well-designed, and sitting down makes you feel excited. The fish is thick, and it pairs perfectly with the moderately sour rice. The tuna is of high quality, and the fatty tuna melts in your mouth. The sea urchin and eel also have a gentle texture, and their umami spreads throughout. The appetizers may look simple, but they are thoughtfully prepared, and the overall flow was pleasant.
