Degustation refers to the tasting of wines and dishes. At the Cafe of Coco Farm Winery, we offer six types of homemade wines, from sparkling to dessert wines, served by the glass, along with dishes that pair well with the wines. The dishes are centered around seasonal, freshly harvested vegetables and ingredients. We hope you enjoy the Degustation Course, which enhances the appeal of both the wine and the food when paired together. *The fee for the Degustation Course includes the participation fee for the tour. - Please make a reservation by 16:00 three days in advance. - The wines will change according to the season and the dishes. Thank you for your understanding. - If you prefer non-alcoholic juice instead of wine with the same course meal, we can accommodate this for 8,400 yen per person. - When making a reservation, all guests will be served the same dishes. (Please feel free to consult us regarding allergies.) - Days when the Degustation Course is not available: weekdays, the day after Vineyard Days, the day before and on the day of the November Harvest Festival, December 31 to January 2, and the third Monday to Friday of January.
