There are too few ingredients... The rice isn't cooked, and I can't use the miso soup machine... The draft beer machine is broken, so I can't order it... While it's understandable that machines can break down, at 6 PM, which is likely a peak time, there are just too few ingredients for the skewers and other side dishes. It was the same the last time I came, but I wonder if there are only student part-timers... There aren't enough staff. I would like the employees to take a good look at the state of the store once again. I love Kushi-ya Monogatari and want to visit often, but with this situation, I will be less inclined to go. Thank you for your attention.

I made a reservation and visited on Friday evening. The replenishment of missing ingredients and cakes was not keeping up, and I had to speak up about it... This is a negative point given the time constraints. That said, the kids like it, so I think we will go again. I would be happy if improvements are made.
