The space is wide and clean, creating a calm atmosphere. The cool water and the sense of the glasses are also good, which lifts the mood from the start. The appetizers and small dishes are diverse, and you can even enjoy handmade tofu, showcasing meticulous preparation. The sashimi is fresh, and there are fish that are not commonly seen, which is exciting. The grilled dishes and clay pot rice are also very good, and the pork miso soup, filled with ingredients, has a delightful hint of sansho pepper. The black-haired wagyu beef with Edo miso sauce and the sweet finish are highly satisfying, and I appreciate their flexibility in accommodating requests.
