Heartwarming authentic yakitori and a homely atmosphere

Yakitori no Mitorizu is a hidden gem where you can enjoy authentic yakitori made with Kyushu free-range chicken. The yakitori, grilled slowly over binchotan charcoal, features a diverse selection from classic cuts like thigh and heart to rare parts. Additionally, the homemade potato salad is a popular dish that adds to the enjoyment.

It's within walking distance from the station and has a casual atmosphere that's easy to drop by. The counter is cozy, making it easy for solo diners, while the table seats allow for a relaxed time with friends. The skewers grilled over charcoal have a perfect balance of heat and salt, with each type showcasing a wonderful aroma. The sashimi of liver and heart is fresh, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture is irresistible. There is also a wide variety of dishes like potato salad and fried foods that you can finish off yourself, which made me order extra. In the calm atmosphere loved by regulars, I was able to thoroughly enjoy delicious chicken dishes and was very satisfied.
