This basic course includes 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink and Hakata's famous sesame mackerel.
Please enjoy Mizutaki. The soup made by boiling whole chickens from Kyushu with only water allows you to experience the true flavor of the chicken, with a rich and creamy taste. The Torida style is to eat tender chicken meat, seasoned beforehand, with green onions. By using a versatile Kyushu ponzu made to match the milky white soup and a special yuzu pepper, the flavor is enhanced even further. Please enjoy it with original dishes made in Arita and Hasami. A specialty sesame mackerel made with mackerel sashimi and sesame soy sauce. It has a rich flavor with Hakata's double-brewed soy sauce and ground sesame.
Rare large grains of cod roe are marinated in a broth flavored with kelp and finished with aromatic chili pepper.
Tori Ten, a refreshing specialty from Oita made with chicken breast, is best enjoyed with ponzu and mustard.
The karaage marinated in a special dipping sauce and finished juicy is eaten with ponzu and yuzu pepper in the style of Torita.
