This is the signature dish of Gapsan Myeonok, Sekkimi cold noodles (raw fish cold noodles), made with chewy noodles, well-aged flatfish, generously topped with hot boiled brisket, and mixed with a sweet and sour special sauce.
Also known as 'Hangover Cold Noodles', this dish features a deep flavor derived from beef brisket broth and is served with refreshing dongchimi (radish water kimchi) made with winter radish. Eating cold noodles aids digestion and provides relief.
