Located in a residential area, the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere with about 10 seats at a counter with a sunken kotatsu. We were excited to be greeted cheerfully by the owner, whose knife work was both delicate and bold, and we were fascinated by his professional craftsmanship. We ordered 10 kinds of sushi, including red meat, white meat, and shellfish, and were amazed by the Hokuriku region's flavors. I never thought I could enjoy such delicious sushi in Kyoto.
