As I entered the underground space, I was excited to see a calm area filled with artworks. I was pleased that the staff quickly asked about my preferences and recommended the perfect wine. The mousse of scallops and white asparagus had a gentle aroma, and the refreshing jelly spread later on. The dish combining foie gras mousse with green asparagus had an exquisite balance of richness and freshness. The fish dishes of lobster and eel, as well as the beef fillet ravioli, each highlighted their respective flavors, making me smile involuntarily. Even the final chocolate soufflé conveyed a sense of care, and I left the restaurant enveloped in a pleasant aftertaste.
