A warm small pot of tofu is prepared, making you feel cozy from the start. The freshly cooked rice in a wooden container has a wonderful aroma, making it easy to eat. The dried flatfish has a crispy and fragrant skin, with just the right amount of salt. The egg omelet, rich in dashi, and the miso soup filled with plenty of seaweed are also freshly made, which is delightful. In one of the bento items, there is grated yam hidden inside a small shishito pepper, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship.
