This course is a more varied version of Basecamp's basic course. We hope you will enjoy this course as it includes our homemade bacon, which we are proud of. Many people say they don't feel like they've come to BASE CAMP unless they eat this! There are even people who only order this.
A platter of bacon, smoked cheese, and two other seasonal smoked items, totaling four varieties. It is the perfect size for 2 to 4 people.
Reservation is required, but it's worth it! A hearty dish that roasts a whole chicken. Both the appearance and taste are perfect. Inside, it is stuffed with garlic rice. It's large, so it might be best for 3 to 4 people.
