Ora della visita: 2018 anno4 mese notte

I'm glad I'm not in the neighborhood, in a good way. I was curious about it because of a follower's post, but that's just an excuse. When I took a sip of the soup, I found it to be very "thick" and not at all like Ihekei-style ramen, which I thought was fresh and good! Ramen noodles in a medium portion (topped with flavored egg and seaweed: 900 yen) and rice (refill available: free of charge) Since this was my first visit, I chose the "thicker" option, but if the soup is this robust, the "normal" option may be better. Naturally, the noodles and rice go down a treat. Despite the late hour, the restaurant was almost full, but I dipped the nori into the soup and rolled it in the rice, lightly mindful of the crowd. When the rice was getting low, I OTR'd an aji-tama and finished it off. It's been a while since I've encountered a Ihekei Ramen that makes me want to go back. It seems they are open until midnight, so I might go there after work!
