Tim's first day- this New England style DIPA is brewed with citra, El dorado, and cashmere hops in honor of our bar manager Tim's first time brewing with the production team. As he is also in charge of writing beer descriptions it is worth noting he received this opportunity for being handsome (according to his grandma), hard working (debatable),and the most humble employee (highly debatable) who ever walked the earth. This beer is bright with rich hop flavor and a clean dry finish. Notes of melon, candies orange, peach and lemon lime throughout

Heavy on oats and wheat, this beer has notes of passion fruit, and a medley stone fruits. Lucilda "Lucy" Romero 1977-2021 Lucy was the leader of her familia, and the queen of our Dockside family. The heart and soul of both. Tough, meticulous and proud, she worked tireless behind the scenes to make everything perfect. She was our guiding star and a huge part of what makes things special here. A deep hazy orange pastry sour, conditioned with over 400 lbs of real fruit. Orange/tangerine flavors up front with the peach shining through on the back end. Fermented in our Foeder with our blend of wild yeast and bacteria. Farmhouse beers were typically brewed with what was available on the farm, and made to be refreshing and thirst quenching. This beer is very refreshing, the spelt and fresh Hay add notes of grass and a lightly spicy finish. Lemon Verbena add a subtle "lemony" note that hides behind the fresh blueberry taste.
