I want to eat rare meat!　@Shin-Osaka | Happy eating good food! I worked hard today! On a day like this, I came to Shin-Osaka station to eat somewhere quick and go home! In case you're wondering! There are a variety of restaurants of different genres, so I thought I'd have a lot of choices! Inside Alde Shin-Osaka on the 2nd floor of Shin-Osaka Station, you'll find a variety of stores! Which one do you recommend? I'm at a bit of a loss... I'm not sure where I would recommend. I stare at the map of the stores. I want to explore new places, so I've decided! Beef cutlet specialty restaurant Kyoto Katsu Gyu! Around the year before last, this type of restaurant became very popular, and many more were opened! I had been curious about it, but I never had a chance to go there, and this is my first time! I'm so happy because it's meat! Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats facing each other in the middle, and the rest are tables. It's a pretty big place! There are a few foreign customers here and there, and I hear that beef cutlets are very popular among foreign customers. On the menu is a very beautiful rare cutlet! They only fry it quickly for 60 seconds! I'm really looking forward to it! I ordered the Japanese black beef cutlet with kyotama set (1,980 yen). The beef cutlet weighed 130 grams, which was quite a large portion! Unfortunately, it was not rare. I understand that the beef cutlet will be heated up gradually after some time. but this is a little sad... Let's get back on track... You can enjoy the beef cutlet in 6 different flavors! It's cut into small pieces, so you can enjoy different flavors! Wasabi Soy Sauce Wasabi does a good job after all! It is the best! Sansho Shio: A hint of freshness from the sansho (Japanese pepper). Beef cutlet sauce Fruity and royal Japanese curry dipping sauce Katsu and curry are a golden combination, no doubt! Kyo Tamago Eggs are cold so they get cold and blurry For shime, pour curry or kyo-tama over rice! What? I've already eaten most of the rice! I can't help it now - it says "free refill" and I have to eat this way, so I guess I'll order it! I ordered it with an excuse! Pour it all on at once and the beef cutlet curry TKG is ready! It tastes so good! This might be the most delicious lol! I'm glad I finally got to taste it~! It's Japanese black hair, but I was really worried about the unchewable threads and such! It's cut long and thin, but from a woman's point of view, it's sometimes hard to eat because it's so long! It was good to be able to enjoy it in various flavors. I wanted to try it at least once, so, well, I was satisfied! I wish I could have tried it rare! Thank you for the food!
