In a calm space centered around the counter, the staff warmly welcomes you. The small dish that was served first had a gentle flavor, raising my expectations. The octopus sashimi had just the right amount of elasticity and sweetness, and the crunchy texture of the suckers was enjoyable. The signature tempura was cooked perfectly, and it was delicious whether enjoyed with salt or dipping sauce. The grilled chicken and salted chicken wings were also fragrant, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. The ham cutlet had a crispy coating combined with thick slices of flavor, and it was excellent when paired with mustard.
