For customers who "want to eat really good fish and sushi on a night out in Ito." Our restaurant's evening course (reservations required) is a special course in which our chefs, who know all about local ingredients, do everything from procurement to preparation for each pair of customers. The star of this standard course is a dish synonymous with Izu**: braised sea bream. The fatty, specially selected size of the sea bream is cooked plumply in the broth that has been simmered over and over again. The second half of the course features "red vinegar sushi "** made by the owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant. Enjoy the "freshly made sushi kappo" served over the counter with carefully selected sake and wine, which is a far cry from ryokan kaiseki cuisine.
Limited time only [Special Commemorative Price]! Featuring fresh local fish caught at Ito Port, supervised by a chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant. This luxurious dish includes 8 pieces of local fish sushi, carefully crafted one by one by a skilled artisan right in front of you, along with a premium hand roll. Enjoy authentic sushi that stands apart from typical tourist fare, showcasing the craftsmanship of the artisans. (Includes miso soup)
Limited time only [Special Commemorative Price]! A beautiful arrangement of seasonal local fish, truly a 'treasure box of the sea.' Enjoy the fresh flavors unique to Ito, carefully selected by the owner chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Please savor a genuine seafood bowl that is different from others. (Includes miso soup)
Special commemorative price for a limited time! Fresh local fish of the day is cut into dice and beautifully arranged. The presentation is vibrant, and the flavors of various fish unfold with each bite. Experience the deliciousness of the daily special crafted by skilled artisans at an astonishing price of 1,500 yen. (Includes miso soup)
Our most popular recommended option! You can change the regular miso soup to the local specialty 'Kinmedai Miso Soup' for an additional 500 yen. We use the flavorful bones of Kinmedai, crafted with the skill of artisans to create a gentle taste that seeps through to the core. Please consider adding it to your meal as a finishing touch.
You can enjoy a tasting of three types of Shizuoka's proud sake, such as 'Isojiman', in small amounts. It pairs perfectly with exquisite local fish sushi and seafood bowls! This set is perfect for a luxurious moment during your Ito sightseeing or for a blissful daytime drink.
