This omakase course features a variety of regional cuisine from South Tyrol, using an abundance of seasonal ingredients. You can also enjoy cheeses by Hansi Baumgartner, owner-chef of Ristorante Pichler, where he trained in South Tyrol, Italy, and is also a cheese maturer.
Three omakase courses are available in the evening. Each of these Miwatei courses begins with a platter of homemade ham and ends with dessert + coffee.
A 4,290 yen trial course with seasonal appetizers and cheese. You can also have pasta from South Tyrol, cheese, and dessert.
This special menu is available only on weekday evenings.
A classic cold appetizer from South Tyrol! A delicious result of the chef's training in Italy and Japan. A platter of ham that includes non-heated raw ham and homemade white mold ham, which cannot be tasted elsewhere. This dish is available in all dinner course meals. We highly recommend you try it at least once!!
One of the unique pasta dishes from South Tyrol. The shape is small, like gnocchi, and it is served mixed with sauce. The vegetables mixed in can change with the seasons, and the sauce can also vary, making it a short pasta that can be enjoyed year-round.
A unique pasta dish from South Tyrol, known as 'Knödel' in Germany and other places. It is made by reusing dried white bread to create bread dumplings. They are served floating in soup or tossed in sauce.
