Upon entering the restaurant, I was excited by the rich variety of the menu and couldn't decide what to choose. The homemade curly noodles had a chewy elasticity and clung well to the soup. The miso tanmen, with its mountain of vegetables and slightly sweet broth, was enjoyable until the very last bite without getting boring. The half fried rice that came with the set was moist and plentiful, and when eaten together with the noodles, it created a perfect balance. The signature gyoza had a thicker skin that was chewy, and with each bite, the juices and garlic aroma spread. After thoroughly enjoying the crispy oil-fried chicken as a finishing touch, I felt completely satisfied both in my stomach and my heart.
