A combination of pale malt and pilsen malt boiled with the right amount of hops to produce a light colored lager with an alcohol by volume of 5.06% and an IBU of 9. This is an easy tasting beer while you enjoy one of our great tasting burgers or simply one of our salads
A clean, crisp Pilsen-style lager with a hint of Munich Malt House 2 row base malt and Mt. Hood hops grown in Westfield by Aroostook Hops. An easy drinking session beer with low hop bitterness. ABV 5.4%
This refreshing ale provides crisp flavor notes of cardamom and clove with a bright golden color and a floral finish. Pilsen, White Wheat, and Caramel malts combine during the heating process to produce the unique aromas of this beer. ABV 6.8%
This Amber beer provides more flavor with the addition of Caramel 20 and 60 malt to Maine Malt House 2-Row Pale Malt. We have hopped it up with Aroostook Hops Centennial and Cascade to provide a sweet finish with a malt backbone. ABV 6.6%
In honor of all the hard working farmers here in the county, we made a strong beer with a hop profile to match. We blended Vienna, Munich, Caramel 20 and 60 malts with Maine Malt House 2-row Pale Malt to build the malt flavor. To match the malt, we bittered it with Aroostook Hops Centennial and Nugget and then dry hopped it with Cascade for 14 days to provide some citrus aroma and flavor. ABV 6.6%
This Foreign Extra Stout was named in honor for the loggers here in Aroostook who know what it takes to get the job done every day. This beer has a smooth, rich flavor and a dark molasses color to go with it. We blended Chocolate Rye, Toasted Barley, Munich, and Caramel 20 malts with Maine Malt House 2-row Pale Malt to build this stout. We used Aroostook Hops Nugget to moderately hop it. ABV 5.46%

California - Loads of spice with mid-palate classic red fruit profile of bing cherry, with Napa fruit, black fruit and cassis flavors
Washinton - This medium bodied Merlot has aromas of spice and blackberry, with a perfect balance of earth, cocoa, and ripe cherry notes on the palate
Argentina - It is 100% Malbec, which gives it a fruit forward characteristic and adds spice and floral notes
Santa Barbara - Lush black cherry and raspberry fruit characteristics. The complex sand, sea, and cool climate captures the fruit forward style
Italy - Aromas of apple and peach give way to a palate that is refreshing, and harmonious, with crisp fruit flavors and a clean finish
Oregon - It is a woodsy red with a dried-cherry scent, accented with a bit of leather. Acids and tannins working together to forge plenty of movement and charm
Knights Valley - Ripe black fruit, mocha, herd aroma with supple blue and black fruit notes accented by dark chocolate, and roasted coffee
Sonoma - Fragrant dried cranberry and a hint of black raspberry. The flavor profile is mild cranberry, black raspberry, with hints of minerality, faint oak and boysenberry
