A strong Viking Style ale brewed with locally harvested spruce tips from the splendor of the San Juan National Forest near Molas Lake. The delicate new growth from the spruce trees blends with a complex malt bill to give this unique beer a candy-like flavor with a light piney aroma. ABV 8.3, IBU 19, SRM 15.9
This Belgian strong golden ale features a highly complex flavor profile. The addition of Riesling wine must and Belgian yeast brings forward hints of clove and fall fruit flavors, it hides it's high alcohol content well. ABV 8.5, IBU 11, SRM 4.7
Akin to our original Ale Diablo, this dark Belgian beauty is made with a wide variety of specialty malt as well as amber Belgian candi sugar to give it a sweet and complex malt character. To add to the complexity we've added a hint of star anise, coriander seed and juniper berries which work nicely with the phenols and esters produced by this classic Belgian yeast strain. ABV 8.5, IBU 11.3, SRM 29.
Celebrate our 22nd year in business by experiencing this robust brew. This Barley Wine is an over indulgence by all accounts and aged for over seven months before serving. An abundance of malt and hops make for a full bodied ale with heavy flavors of fig, raisin and dark fruit. ABV 10.4, IBU 73, SRM 18

Brewed as a Flanders Red ale of Belgium, this mahogany colored sour beer blended and aged in cabernet franc barrels with tart pie cherries from Palisade, CO.
